It's a valid question.

You have to be very naive to think that City and Liverpool aren't planning to be champions.

Both teams will have buses booked, artwork for them being designed and printed. The winners boards will be made for both teams and police forces planning for parades in Liverpool and Manchester.

But they will never confirm it all.
