In my VERY limited knowledge of race walking, don't you have to have some part of your body (usually, the heel) in contact with the ground at all times?

I’m gonna guess not.
They virtually all do it every race mate. Absolute farce.

That's right. At least one part of either foot must be in contact with the ground at all times

I pronounce Seine like sane.
I have heard 4 different commentators in a row pronounce it Sen, rhyming with ten.

Has anyone else noticed this?
