It's been that way for some time now IMHO.Silva Rodri gundog cancelo and walker were all immense. The rest just great as well. The conundrum that we look like a more complete team without Kev continues.

Stoked with that result without Kev, Phil & Jack. Our great team beats their three stars and parking a bus. Cannot stand PSG and everything they stand for so anytime we beat them I'm over the moon. Not worried if we face them over two legs in the knockout stages.
Everyone was superb, really happy for Gabby to score the winner, thought he offered plenty when he came on, and for Sterling to score again, looks like Raz is finding his feet again this season finally.

make no mistake about it. This squad we have is the best in the world. Watching it flow like this tonight was amazing, take nothing away from PSG who are one off the best teams in the world but we made them look very very average for most of the match.
what can be said about Bernie ! I was exhausted watching him, best bit of pre season was keeping him, world class. So many to single out tonight including sterling whom Iam hoping had run out the other side of a rough patch but wow this team we have is something to behold.
We are blessed to see this and have such a master in pep conducting it all.

That's probably the best City team under Pep, at least in terms of peak performances vs top teams. Top defenders, unique Cancelo, phenomenal Rodri, incredible Bernardo, Foden and Jesus full with energy, etc. Could be a very good season.

We have a habit of when it’s not working to pass to kdb and let him make it happen.. his form of late has made that a no go.. even last season we went on a crazy run when kdb was out.. I think we are more balanced without him. But when he is on form that a completely different story.Is it me or do we play better as a team when KDB is out?
