Forget about parking anywhere near the ground, it's impossible. If you do find a spot it'll be permit only and you will have your car towed away
Cockfosters is probably your best bet but a different option is M62 then A1 and park up at Stevenage. You can get the overground to Finsbury Park. There is a good service and trains take as little as 18 minutes, it's £14 return (a bit steeper than the Underground) but it's very good for getting away after the game and you'll be a further 22 miles north than Cockfosters
By the way I live in East Cambridgeshire and I use the A1-M62 when I go to home matches and it's the route I'd recommend for any Blues driving to London games especially night games
