Sheik Mansour should just build a big three lane motorway direct from the Etihad to the outer ring road. That would fix the access problems. Then two multi story car parks to fix the parking.

whilst my post was tongue in cheek, they can be ok when marshalled properly. Have used the one next to the Glasgow Hydro a number of times and it empties pretty quickly but it does have a team on each floor who seem to know what they are doing. I would guess that wouldn't be the case with us given my experience of the 'green' car park.

getting out of car parks would be a lot easier if every driver zip merged instead of trying to force their way in and no one will let them which causes a log jam effect
