As with many of these type of threads, there are too many I think.

In no particular order:

1) Silva to Dzeko for the 6th at the Swamp.
2) Milner's cross field ball to Johnson which ended up with Milner scoring against Villa.
3) Tevez to Nasri against Chelsea/Clichy to Aguero away at Wolves/Silva to Nasri against Spurs.
