been trying to renew my passport for 4 days now and it's a red tape nightmare.



The pics i got from official machine are no good so i've just had some taken by a bloke in Bolton. Twelve pound fuckin fifty !!

Cheque was made out to wrong company although the booklet told me to.

And, they want £72 for the priviledge. The dirty bastards.

Still, it's all for the Schalke/Amsterdam trip so it'll be worth it.

I think all new applications get interviewed now don't they?

I'm only renewing mine but it has a chequered past so have to be spot on with it all. If your application is sent back they still keep the cash and you have to pay again..

Hope it shuts down and they all lose their jobs and people can start getting them from the Post Office.

I renewed mine a few weeks back, going vegas tomorrow. Did that post office check and send service, they made sure it was all ok and got it back a week later. May be worth a try, costs 79 dabs tho.

Why can't passports be paid in yearly installments? They last ten years. £8 a year. Well better than forking out £80 upfront.

I got interviewed...'can you tell me your parents date of births?'....'ehhhmmmm, not really'.

You'd have to show up with dynamite strapped to your chest to fail the interview.
