To be honest this is a good move for both player and club. Pastore wasn't ready for the stresses of the Premier League. He will be in a few years time but not now. He also has some learning curves as well. If he progresses well then I could see him making a move to a bigger league.

The problem for any potential big name player going to France is it will always be seen as a step down because the league isnt rated that highly. The leagues current coefficient means its only rated as 5th. Portugal are almost overtaking France so they could drop to 6th in the future. Also if you add into this average attendance then they also come 5th with a lowly 20100.
now that pastore joined PSG , that leaves 3 world class AM (sneidjer , Nasri , Modric ) and 3 teams desperate to get a world class AM (City , Chelsea , Manu) and i think all 3 of them are moving the question is WHERE lol ,its goin to be intresting :)

Are you sure? They average under 30,000 at their 48,000 seat stadium. Marseille average 51,000 and Lyon average 35,000. Unless you're talking about global fanbase but with no success of note since the mid-90s, would PSG have a big global fanbase?

UTD are hoping Inter lower their asking price as the window gets closer to closing.
We have Nasri lined up so either he comes to us, or we wait till next year to finalize the deal. We backed UTD into a corner it seems, of Sneijder or nothing. And dont think they are in for Modric .

Bit disrespectful that. They may have been the only ones willing to stump up the cash, but who does that remind you of? Also, if someone said that about one of our signings the paranoia and bitterness on here would go into overdrive. PSG got the player others wanted, perhaps at an inflated fee but like I say, we've done the same thing. i think any of the 3 players mentioned can end up in either city , chelsea or utd , i guess we wont know until its done lol , i just hope we get our top target out of them and let the other 2 fight it out for the others , but id be happy with any of them after getting clichy and Aguero , if not id pay 30 mill for Edin Hazard !
