someone has suggested that work should send me on a pat testing course. We already have all the gear and it has been mentioned that i could take it out at weekends. Are there any pat testers on here? Anyone know roughly how much you can earn?

I would get stuck into that if i was you mate - Its money for old rope.
I run a drinks wholesale business and by law I have to get all my electrical appliances
tested annually - kettels,toasters,radios,computer equipment anything with a plug.
After the initial visit they just check 10% of the equipment but i`ve just signed an
invoice off for £80.00 for less than an hours work.
