Could be that this new guy, now an ex as well, is trying to get out of maintenance payments so is trying to claim that one of the kids is yours. Perhaps, maybe.

If you genuinely want to pursue it you should get a signed letter from the other guy that's states all he has said and then before you speak to her go and see someone and get legal advice!
Assuming she put the other guy on the birth certificate and lied to you she could get in trouble! It's not easy to change a name on a birth certificate!!
Don't make contact until you have a letter off the other fella and have legal advice cos if the other guy is lying you will cause all sorts of agro for no reason!!

People are strange.

Citizens Advice and or Solicitor should be your first port of call.

Keep contact between all parties civil so you can keep the channels of communication open.

Swab inside the mouth for the 3 of us. She did hers and the babies. He now says he was there and she actually swabbed herself and her mum. The result came back as them being related but I wasn't of course.

Yeah it's crossed my mind too and I am keeping an open mind at this stage. The easiest thing to do would be to ignore it but I can't. If what I have been told is true he tells people he doesn't have a dad poor little sod.

This is sounding like BS. If her mum was swabbed instead of the baby (assume it's a girl) then neither of you would come back as related!

Who did you hand the swab to?

Have you seen the result in writing?

Why would he go along with a fake test when he would want to know himself?

Also, only me like but I wouldn't be having anyway to do with the psycho slag ex or her kid*.

*nb: if it's particularly gifted at sport already then hang around for a bit. You don't want to end up like Jesus's dad (not God, other one) and destitute whilst your kid is earning £200,000 per week.
