Paulo Dybala

Are Spuds really going to pay a 27 Million loan fee with a guaranteed option to buy for about 100 Million for Coutinho? errr plus his wages maybe min 200K a week. Thats a 137 Million quid deal. Plus Dybala at the same cost wages wise and god knows what fee) approx 70 Million. Thats 217 Million quids worth folks.
Can anyone see Levy stumping that up? Every Spurs player will be knocking on Poches door with a new contract in hand.

But this would all depend on Erikson leaving ? But it appears that he doesn't want to play for a shitty mid table team with championship manager fighting for Thursday night football every season, he wants to wait for Madrid haaaa, I doubt Barca will get anything like £100mil for Coutinho and there is no way he would be able to be earning more than Kane. Even so stranger things have happened and players do see the money that can be fleeced from the rags on a nice big contract which again would be only available if Pogba goes back to Juve?

Dybala is a talent that has stagnated recently, think Poch could bring out the best of him.

Great signing for Spurs, just wondering how he will fit in.

Its a strange one alright. Barca payed 146 Mill for Coutinho (said that 40 Million is on appearances etc that are never getting paid) so his net value at Barca would have been approx 110 Million. If they ammortised his cost over 5 years then his current real net value would be about 80+ Million which is what they could get rid for without losing anything. The loan fee seems none negotiable. Spurs could ammortise the fee but its the wages that are the killer. Hes not agreeing personal terms and taking a 50% wage cut when hes got a contract at Barca imo. If Spurs pay his wages - the whole dressing room will be fucking livid. (wouldnt you?)
Either way if Eriksson leaves - even with Coutinho Spurs are weaker I think.
If Dybala goes there - is he going to play in front of Kane? Or replace Son? Dont think so. So he goes there to sit on the bench does he? He isnt going there for peanuts a week either so you have the wages issues again.
Be very interesting to see how it all plays out. Time is the enemy of these deals now. Wouldnt surprise me if nobody goes anywhere.

Would have had him here if Aguero was one year older but no need for him at the moment. Good player. This last minute scramble for Eriksen, Dybala and Coutinho is hilarious.
