Paulo Dybala

Only need to play 4-4-2 and use him as SS. We are not going to win shiet of course but he would probably be top three in the balon d'or.

He can definitely play in our team, he is almost perfect as a false 9 kind of striker.

The problem is it doesn't make sense to buy a striker who is like 4 years older than Jesus. They will both demand to be first choice and are at an age where they need to play every game / be the main man. Especially if Aguero stays for like 2 more seasons, then Dybala would be 27.

Joao Felix is the more sensible option, younger than Jesus and so easier to accept being our 2nd choice striker BUT can also play on the wings for more game time (Dybala is awful on the wings). Lukas Nmecha kind of reminds me of Joao Felix, I hope he can emulate his ability at this young age, they have similar play styles as winger/striker hybrid players.

I'd have him. Pep would transform him to one of the best in the league. Jesus a little too erratic at the minute. I know he doesn't start every game and is playing second fiddle to the premier league's best striker. Just thought this season we would see him pushing on as Aguero nears the end of his days at City.

It's only my thoughts and opinions but I like Dybala from the short glimpses I've seen of him..

Would have loved him after kun...he was good at Copa when he played ..but apparently may join Spurs for 80m....wtf

If Leroy was to go it would leave a forward position free.

Whilst a different player we have a lot of options for the left (including Jesus) and especially if Mendy can play we can go a bit more tucked in.

Dybala is also able to play of the right wing as well.

I do wonder if we would consider him as an option, especially with the idea of him and Jesus battling it out to be the main man once Sergio goes.

He's too old to come after Kun. Turns 26 soon, would probably be 28/29 when Kun leaves? Joining Spurs and usurping Kane as a 40 goals a season player would pretty much be the only way to make it worth spending big on someone that old.

We should have bought him instead of Bony in 2015. His Juventus move was a pretty awful career step in the end, has been shunted around by consecutive managers and never found his position or had a long enough run to make the step up to the top level.

I think I said on here in about 2016/17 that he was the player I wanted City to sign more than any other player, but 3 years on he's stagnated so much.
