PCSO Phone interview advice?

Just wondering if any blues work for GMP or recruitment could give me any heads up and what I'm going to be asked? I've had a google and found i'm going to be asked questions based on these 4 things.

Service delivery
Serving the public
Professionalism
Working with others

Anyone know anymore about it?

Prepare examples of when you have demonstrated those skills - for each one describe the situation, your role within it, what happened and what the outcome was.

Too true,if they didn't waste money on employing glorified park keepers he could apply to be a real copper.
