For a long time I do a lot of searching around Manuel Pelligrini. Do anyone knows about Pelligrini`s philosophy, vision, coaching, training exercises?
Hope anyone out there would help me with tips/advices about all information about Mr Pelligrini. Also books, dvds in any language.

I will try to work on a blog in Manuel Pelligrini(in norwegian for the Norwegian supporters). Also to learn more as a grassroots coach.

I will also considered a payment to those who has very good information.

Prefer the Moyes bit as its saying he needs more time because of 3 previous lines,woke up with this song in my head on Monday.
