Always surprised managers are valued at significantly less than players when it comes to fees etc.

In Pellegrini we have a manager who can make 11 players 50% better. If any one player was to have that effect on a team he'd be worth £100m

"but it again raises questions over the technical and tactical proficiency of English players". i believe what u said about English player not that pro-active is something which needs to looked at.i have seen how much we put praises on these players as world class player when in truth they don't really have the edge over the other countries is a shame to say this but is absolutely the truth of Englisg propaganda that been put out there by press to overrate English player when they don't offer work and good performance ethics.
