im gonna email the fa and give them my idea of how to speed up a game. whenever we get a penalty just dont even bother having us take it if elano's playing and just get the game restarted again! the guy is actually unbelievable when stepping up for a pen!

three things.
one, always hits the ball extremely true, gets a lot of power behind it.
two, always hits the side netting, or near enough to make it almost all but impossible to keep out. doesnt go for the extreme accuracy, just far enough inside the post that he's got a little bit of room for error.
three, total confidence in his technique means he can keep an eye on the keeper as he makes his run up. most of the time he's already outwitted the keeper before he even starts to move.
easily the best i've seen at city. anelka had superb accuracy but i dont think he was as clever with them.
