I worked with a woman when I was serving and she paid £5k for her wedding photographer. Utter bollox I thought, until she brought the wedding album in. I'm a cynical fucker, but by Christ it looked fucking good. My youngest son is getting married in July, they haven't really gone mad, however, the costs add up to around 10k.....photographer alone is almost 2k...

Had a reception when we got back for friends + rest of family, 1.5k. We did it for under 5k .
