I'm curious, have you noticed any significant benefits? If so, what like?

I'm contemplating packing it in, or at least toning it down substantially. I'm fed up of it. I did a period of a month or two with very little alcohol at the start of the year and I felt much happier.

Did 9 months once. Sleep well, eat well, clear head. Early to bed early to rise. In the end i was scared of having a pint.

Prefer to drink, but i do drink too much. In fact im a fucking nuisance for it.

Same here word for word rasc. I can go months and feel great but always end up back to square one. Usually starts with 3 or 4 one day then i think ahh i can handle this. In the old days it would be a cell i woke up in but now its usually the hallway or if im lucky hanging off my couch. I suppose it gives my liver a break when im dry.
