Pep about to break record for managing most City games

I assume they don’t count the games he’s banned for!
If joking ... lol

If serious ... Pep trains the team, picks the team, does the pre-match teamtalk, does the half time teamtalk and sits in the stand advising on subs + tactics. So, yeah, he still counts as the manager.

The only thing he can't do is sit in the dugout. On that basis, I wasn't at work yesterday cos I walked into Ashton on my lunch break.

Tikka takka football will never work in the Premier League.

Twats in the press loved it after Leicester and Everton put 4 past us, wrote Pep off but look at him, the legacy he leaves, the records he’s broken, the impact he has had on English football from top to grassroots

I need to pinch myself sometimes! After our wilderness years, how lucky are we?

All those choices we made back in the day - 1966 in my case; thank God I chose blue and didn't turn to the dark side.

My parents moved to Manchester in 1952 when I was 4 or 5. Somebody asked me if I supported City or United. I didn’t know what the word united meant so I said City. The rest is history.

Gerry Baker (US International) was the brother of Joe Baker (England International) yet both grew up in Scotland. Their father was a merchant seaman.

When Denis Law moved to Torino, Joe Baker was signed from Hibs to keep him company. Hibs then signed Gerry from City to replace Joe.
Gerry and Denis lined up for us together

Yeah but that fancy foreign tikka masala football won't work here in proper Brexit Britain.

Just like David Silva he'll be jogging off back to Spain after a year.
