Two of his kids live over here, one of them at least, in London... Covid central. His wife and youngest live in Barcelona for business and school purposes - they will probably all be in Manchester for Christmas. He couldn't wait for a few days?

Covid is threatening to wipe out the league fixtures again, and Pep decides to go to Spain for a jolly.

Not the smartest move imo.

Probably best to wait for the facts before making judgment.
