The Foden pen is one thing for sure that annoyed him, but seeing how he's such a perfectionist he is also looking at our own form. In an interview he talks about what he wants to stop is our mistakes in our own half. How West Ham scored from a throw in. How the rags got a pen from a throw in. How Walker gave it away cheaply against Southampton and that action lead to a corner and a pen. He knows how those actions are preventable and the players need to do better as a whole.
He also talks about giving thanks to the individual quality of our players like Mahrez. One of Mahrez's goal came from Southampton giving it away and both goals quality, but to me this eludes to our players not doing the right thing in attack as well that would lead to a typical City goal. You can't always rely on spectacular goals and you want patterns of play that lead to tap ins as well. Individual quality goals should be the cherry on top.
Even though we are good in the PL, seeing how it's the crunch time of the season these things could cost us in the CL or even LC game against Spurs.
