The only one who should feel a little aggrieved if true should be foden , he hasn't let pg down in anyway when he has been let off his leash .
The lad should be getting more game time , be trusted ,encouraged & not the easiest one to make way for the more experienced players after good performances .
Sterling has got no excuses or argument , his form has been frustrating at times & his finishing has regressed to his early days .

his game time and development is coming along great as it is

Foden started against S'ton and played the whole game, why would he complain precisely after that game?

Might be wrong, but the wording makes me doubtful about the content of that story. Why would Kevin take sides? The whole thing doesn't make much sense.

It was coming. Raz performance levels have plummeted. I do think he is off to Madrid at some point in the not to distant future. He has/is a fantastic signing and has produced a lot over the recent seasons. Time for him to step up again. We need him for the champions league. Calculated risk by pep but 1 I feel will be justified if we win multiple trophies. Everyone needs a kick up the backside from time to time.
I love Raheem and wouldn’t willingly want to see him gone however if he IS to go, this summer might not be the worst time.
Transfer value still high even in a post COVID world, certainly high enough to pay for a huge chunk of a Haaland fee, and off to Madrid or somewhere else abroad, letting us sign Haaland and win the next few titles.

A big book profit and lets be truthful here, he misses chances every game largely due to his dithering and needing another 5 or 6 touches, runs into dead ends and always, always, always shits himself against united and Liverpool. Teams that are likely to be our biggest domestic rivals over the next few years.

No player is ever going to be bigger than the manager. Under any circumstances. We let that happen under Mancini and it set us back years when we were otherwise set fair to dominate.

Never again.

You need to explain to me how’s that so. Is Sterling undeniably fit for the Tuesday game? Because my starting XI wouldn’t include him anyway
Was more about foden, I think with ric saying he heard there was an argument with a player and pep and then with Sterling not even being on the bench yesterday I think it’s pretty obvious they have had a falling out.

Not saying I do believe it but we do know thanks to ric that pep and Sterling have had a disagreement. Whether it’s anymore than that guess we will find out on Tuesday when the team is anno
Sterling does need to start converting more of the chances that fall his way. The one against Lyon was a possible game changer.

Maybe it is time for a squad shakeup. Jesus/Foden on the wing would be my preference if he did go.

You cannot say he has a high transfer value and then list all his failings.

I can. I just did.

We should justifiably expect to receive a high transfer value for him this summer. PLenty of time left on his contract, a young player with plenty of years ahead of him, and still a very very good player. He just isn’t quite elite level yet.

I also said I’m not desperate to get him gone but IF the club decides to let him go for whatever reasons, now would be a good time.
If he comes back rested and desperate to impress, all good. If he is sulking and complaining, see you later Raheem. Same for ANY player, no matter who they are.
