Tbf he only apologised to slippy, not the entire cult. More importantly and quite pointedly I thought he didn't apologise for a single other thing he said in that conference.
 
What did he say that warrants an apology to the slipster? From what I remember, he asked where we responsible for "Stevie G's" Bambi on ice imitation? At no point did he call friend of the DJs a scouse c**t.

It’s doesn’t matter if Pep apologised to Slippy or not. He is entitled to feel his comments went too far. It does nothing to diminish the point he originally made.

Honestly see nothing in this. Slippy still fell on his arse and city won the league.

Any doubts anybody had about Pep's commitment and belief in our club can firmly be dismissed , he has come out fighting on behalf of our club like no other manager previously , i always thought Mancini was the only one of our modern day managers that really "got" our club and understood our club and its history.
But Pep has just elevated himself to our best manager ever , he admits his first love is Barca , after all he is a product of La Masia and worshipped Johann Cruyff , but the man has shown fierce loyalty towards our great football club , not only a great manager but a typical Catalonian who will fight his corner when required , i doff my cap.

But I understand the apology. Pep is a good bloke and feels bad for bringing an ex Pro’s name into it when it’s not really that necessary, although the point was valid.

I’m sure Pep who has compassion for his own players past and present wouldn’t like their name dragged into something, just because of a mistake on the pitch.

Changed the game and swung it on our favour. And it was him admitting his wrong midway through a game!
 
Pep knew that we had to survive in the 1st half for Arsenal were running like mad. That's why Ederson was instructed to waste time which is highly unusual for us.

Arsenal got tired in the 2nd half, we started to win the ball more often and dominated them.

Brilliant.
