FFS we needed a 5:36 miracle to win the league last season so these players have been underperforming for far too long.

And Haaland's goals have been papering over the cracks. Take his goals out and our record would be mid table. Hell with our defensive performances of 18 goals given up in 18 games, we have zero right to think about the league.

Leagues are won on top of defensive excellence.. something we've sorely missed this season!

We have 20 games left in the league. If we can keep a clean sheet in 15 of them, maybe just maybe we can think about the league.

And we have Dias and Stones back finally.

Any chance he can give his half time speech before the first half. We've been flat so often in the first half. That's his responsibility, as well as the players. Saying all that, a win like that should do wonders for us. Thought he was manic in the interviews. No bad thing.

Happy he threw a few grenades tonight. With him almost always, even in defeat, giving the team plaudits, this will hit home.
