Don’t think anyone is. However once you lose the dressing room that’s the end. Dias, Laporte sitting on the bench game after game while Akanji plays, that’s just strange tactics. Playing a young lad who was hung out to dry today is just odd.

Asking Lewis to play out of position and step into midfield against Spurs away at his age and level of experience? He was set up to fail. I thought he did ok under the circumstances but it was too big an ask. Not playing Ake at LB when we’ve got Dias and Laporte sitting on the bench seems bizarre even for Pep.

Soon as í saw the starting line up i wasn't confident.
i didnt really have an issue with the starting line up i have a bug bear with this formation of inverting one full back i dont think its worked all season remember newcastle away with walker doing it. I think pep just needs to take the hand break off. or if hes really worried play Phillip's at side of rodri and let the others go creat while having a defensive balance

We’ve built a team with no creativity and no pace at the moment. We’ve certainly regressed in quality n’all.

It’s not, clearly, but if our starting XI today was our best XI, I think we’d have a fight to get in the Top4.

I reckon our 2012 team, our 2014 team, and our 2018 and 2019 teams would all dick our current team. That free flowing 2017-18 side would beat our current side about 4-0.

Pep and Txiki need to sit down and have a proper assessment of the way this squad is heading. I don’t know what they’re trying to build at the moment, I’m not sure what direction we’re going in. We seem to be buying players that don’t suit our style of play or suit playing with each other, as good as some of them are and as many good points some of them have.

Maybe a bit overreaction saying fat same but I could genuinely pick 30 managers I'd want more than mancini back, awful football and ultimately alienated the squad
I really don't know how to answer that without being insulting, pal.

Who signed Silva Aguero Yaya Tevez and who won us our first trophy and the PL a year later. And battered the rags 6-1 at OT and disheartened Ferguson enough to throw the towel in?

I'll give you a little clue, it wasn't fat Sam! ; )

I respect your argument but there's a reason mancini hasn't had a top job since us

I don’t think there’s anything like things going on like he’s lost the dressing room.

It’s as simple as we aren’t as good as we used to be. We have worse players and a generally worse team than we have previously had. Our better players have left or are still with us and are either injured or have got older and aren’t as good.

Dias has been injured and when he came on the other week for fifteen minutes he felt his injury again. He simply not ready.

Laporte has had an operation and looks tentative and like he’s not up to proper speed. He’s only started four Prem games all season. Until he’s right, he’s simply a squad/Cup player at the moment.

This is a very hard League, to achieve what we have in the last five years is incredible and we have been spoilt. But things don’t last forever. Teams in the Prem are too good for us just to keep winning the league. As soon as anyone regresses, they are overtaken.
