I know a lot of you would've watched this video. I've watched it multiple times already. For just a 2 minute video it says a lot. It says this squad of players will give everything and love this club.

It shows we've got multiple leaders. Diaz - "This is where we get big"

But most of all it shows why we love Pep. The passion on his face when he says "I love this club, and I love you too" is magic. I think it shows Pep is more than just a great tactician. He's got humility. He puts being a good person before anything else. He's full of passion and believes you "have to deserve it" to get where you want to be.

I'm so proud he's our manager. We're so fkn lucky to have him.

Who's with me on this? I'd love to hear everyone's views on Pep.

Nobody even comes close to Pep for me, he’s going to be very hard to replace when the time comes. Let’s just hope it’s a few years into the future.

I might be getting a bit ahead of myself but I can’t shake the feeling that Pep is going to go after the Ferguson dynasty milestone next. Never mind him doing a decade, he seems that settled he could do 20 years.

Not even a vague whisper of who the club want to succeed him. He’s going nowhere for a long, long time.

Just my hunch.

Hope you’re right

Greatest manager ever.

I don’t think any other manager has had such an impact not in terms of a club but in terms of the game of football. Some might point to Michels and Cruyff and say he’s just implementing what they did, but if that were the case, then why did the whole of football not adapt from the 1970s onwards? The idiots in the media, and they are idiots, go on about Guardiola’s legacy in terms of pots, but the truth is his legacy is modern football.
This is correct

Pre 2008, football was being dominated by dour safety first managers such as Benitez and Mourinho

Pep has swept that all away , no top team that wants sustained success parks the bus anymore

he changed perceptions on what football should be about not only winning but winning with style

I've been thinking the same myself mate. Pep is absolutely loving it here and him being here is bad news for our rivals, particularly United. Rags are shitting themselves at Pep chipping away at Fergie's trophy haul.
