Are you sure it was Ian Dowie, it may have been a lookalike?A few years back when I was bursting for a piss I had to use the toilets at Oxford Road station. As I was going in, Ian Dowie (former Southampton player and manager of Crystal Palace and several other teams I can't recall) came out and seemed to give me the filthiest look! This was not prompted by any 'Pep Style' following/pursuing from my part.
In truth, looking back, it may just have been his 'usual look' thinking about it! .
(Of course, it's 'what's inside' that really matters and all that, but Mr Dowie was certainly no David Ginola when it came to looks was he!!??)
