A decent performance review, I suppose? Pep did meet most of the KPIs. While he unfortunately missed the league cup, I'd say we let that one slide and give he a pass maybe? Hopefully he will be grateful we gave him one more chance and strive to improve next season.

My father in law sometimes wears a sword when he dresses (i'm going to say formal but i'm not sure) full sikh. Luckily it's much smaller and whilst it's real its just symbolic
