Pep only here 3 years?

I want to read up on Pep and I was wondering which book my fellow blues would recommend; Pep Confidential by Martí Perarnau or Another Way of Winning by Balague?

I have only read Pep Confidential but would highly recommend it. Full of insights into the person, his football philosophy and his way of working

Both Barcelona and Bayern are member-owned clubs, where they elect key officials, so I suspect there is a lot of playing to the gallery by those elected. The manager tends to be piggy in the middle. As it was under Swales, who whenever the heat seemed to be turned up on him, would ditch the manager.
 
I find it bizarre that he's only stayed at Bayern that long. If he doesn't win the CL with them this season (which I don't think he will) I find it a bit weird that he won't finish off the transition of that team into one that would win it again.
