Some perspective on this, in just over a year we will of lost the following people.

100% this , i can see Maresca arriving until Munich decide to get rid of Vinnie , but we have a decent squad and players who know how to win trophies , impossible to replace Pep but the club is well established financially and still a great attraction for top players , a dawn of a new era , looking forward to it.

Anyone thinking about Maresca at Chelsea won’t be a fair comparison.
He did a good job under piss poor circumstances.
They have some dogshit players.
I think I’d even get minutes as a striker.
They’ve got no goal scorers, a good midfield and a piss poor defence.

There's a part of me that would love Klopp to come in just to boil the piss of the dippers, but it aint going to happen. The squad isn't built for Klopp, its built for the system Maresca knows already.

A few years ago I would agree but the current squad is maybe a bit more amenable to it. Semenyo, Marmoush, Haaland would all thrive IMO.

There's also Touré and Lijnders in the coaching team who he has a good relationship with, obviously Lijnsers worked a long time as his coach, and Jürgen offered Kolo a role after spending one season with him.

I don't think it is on the cards at all, but if it did happen I think it wouldn't be that hard to transition.
