Mainly because he has already spent ten years in England and left quite an imprint. Winning the World Cup with England would be the chef’s kiss, but it would be very difficult and the appointment would be deemed a failure if he didn’t win (think no UCL with Bayern). Also, he is a man of culture and I think he would just like to go somewhere completely new.
