Pep has for the most part, papered over all the poor recruitment decisions, over the last 3 seasons especially. Concerned we're not in for a proven top level manager that will attract the best players.

We have some players with potential in khus & guehi.

We have many more who are passed it or not good enough.

To finish with two trophy's is excellent given the current level of the squad but lets not pretend this team currently would have been anywhere near 2nd in recent seasons.

you can hear the glee in everyones voice expecting us to turn shit again.i think they are in for a painful surprise

Big difference with when GPC,cleared off,is that their success was based on him bullying and threatening ,compounded by the refs all desperate to have their glass of red, with a condescending pat on the head at full time.He even admitted as much,moaning about not having the just rewards in Europe. This was entirely due to the refs not giving a toss about the silly old fart.
We have a fantastic set up,which will continue, the idea that it'll hinges on one man nomatter how fantastic he is,is fanciful.
