It needs a time of reflection and discussion. Pep has been focused on the matches, and prep. Now he has to think does he still have the ear of the players, he has to think what he wants to do. He needs to know what Khaldoon thinks and whether Khaldoon wants to go with Maresca. City might want to break if Pep wants to leave in 2027 come what may.

These are big questions and the right time to consider them is after the season, or even at this moment when the die is cast. It's only now that Pep can assess what he has done this season. I don't think we will have to wait long.
 
It's being dealt with very strangely I have to say. Don't know if it's just the club being caught on the back foot by that **** Holt or there's another twist.
 
Released by the establishment to upset City in the run in for the title. City must not win again theme running the whole season.

Because it's a serious question and one best resolved at the end of the season when you know what you achieved and when you can talk to the people who employed you. The unusual aspect is the Maresca contact mid-season, although that can be regarded as contingency planning.

I don't think it is clear that Pep has made his mind up yet. I think he is the process of doing that. He has been very consistent all season long with the arrangement he has with City i.e., review at the end of the season.

I would ask myself an I effective, and am I enjoying what I do. He seems to me happy and effective, and furthermore his new team have not yet won the Premier League / Champions League. That is there for him if he wants it.

I think he talked about the timeline in the post-Bournemouth press conference but I couldn't work out what he had said. I think we will know by the end of the season too.

The whole co op thing seems very odd to me, clashes with a parade that let’s be honest is going to be a bit half arsed anyway, makes no sense at all.
