Pep to leave at the end of the season

Not really while his greatness is inarguable to say he is infallible is ridiculous, he himself on many ocassions has said he overthought it or played his faves, could u honestly say this season that our midfield could not have been improved if he didnt insist on shoehorning bernardo in at all costs, its not a knock on pep.
Nobody said he was infallible, to say he picked a team that he didn't think was the best for the job so he could pick favourites is just stupid. He never picked a team he didn't think was the best to win any game whether he got it right or didn't.Bernardo has been one of our best players this season

He’s a copycat. Took all pep’s ideas. Implemented them to a point then ran out of ideas how to adjust to match his personnel and hired a NFL play coach to blitz teams on set pieces. He’s a fraud. Doesn’t have any original ideas.
I reckon that to qualify as a football genius you need to have the brain of a football genius. It's impossible to copy a football genius successfully unless you are a genius yourself. Arteta is living proof. His tactics are a million miles away from the Cruyff/Guardiola school of thought.

emery messed up when coaching psg and arsenal, aston villa its his level, he botched a 4 goal advantage in the champions league ffs his thing only works in europa league. also he managed to not win the french league with psg
We'd also need to change our name to something like Manchester Devils, as Emery only has success with teams with 'vil' in their name.

Arteta is a fantastic football coach, its clear and obvious.

I understand you’re laying some serious bait down here, so this isn’t necessarily aimed at you - more at the people who would very genuinely attempt to shoehorn Arteta in the category of greatness.

But two trophies in seven years - having outspent everyone in the English game in the process - is very far from fantastic.

And that’s before you even get to the style of football they play over there, which is absolutely horrific to watch.

If you gave Allardyce or Pulis the kind of budget Arteta has had access to, the net result would essentially be the same.

A wretched, vicious, pig ugly insult to the beautiful game.

I have caved in and accepted that he's leaving although until the announcement is made, I will retain a small hope that he will stay. I don't think that makes much sense but my excuse is that this is emotional.

Pep is the greatest ever coach but he's also a very well rounded human who was easy to like. That's probably the secret of his success.
