I think, as long as we are competing but being challenged, Pep will stay. What I mean by that, is that we have a very good Liverpool side pushing us and still haven't won the CL but the team are all still listening and following Pep's instructions and the club is backing him financially so why leave?
He will leave when he feels the squad is probably in need of another voice or if personally he feels burnt out. I think he is loving the rivalry with Klopp and wants more of it.

It’s nail biting for us fans but look at Pep, and Klipperty to be fair. They buzz off the rivalry and competition.
