We've got tonnes of money to spend, we've been penny pinching for last 3 windowsStill has a budget and restrictions.
Wages: Walker, KDB, Bernardo and Gundo could be off the wage bill to add to that!We must have a massive amount in the transfer budget. We’ve spent £-70m on transfers in the last five years and our wages to turnover is only about 60%.
We must spend a fair bit on bonuses but even so we must have the biggest (hate this saying) ‘war chest’ in world sport.

I’m sure we will find the targets. No I agree it won’t be gung ho and not as many as some are expecting. Think we’ll spend fairly big on a replacement for KDB, otherwise , probably a right back for Walker and a CM for Gundogan in the 40/50 mill range. Though the CM could possibly be brought in in January.It is finding the right target without being rinsed. It isn't going to be gung-ho in the summer.
Then after that will depend on whether Bernardo or Ederson move on or not whether we bring anymore in.

We shouldn't have sold Palmer, Delap or Lavia for a start
