Pep's contract situation | 2 year extension confirmed! (pg1817)

Wow. Not sure where that leaves us now as I assume alonso will be Madrid bound in the summer given his ties. Going to be very very interesting. Typical of United to appoint someone we apparently liked!
Bellamy lined up

I don't hate Amorin but I didn't think he was right for the City job.

I want Pep to stay!

And most importantly I know although we hate the dippers.. they had a successful transition of managers from Shankly - Paisley - Fagan - Daglish and that's the biggest proof that you don't want to do what the rags did and bring in a new manager where the players start to feel they know more than the manager!

You have to promote from within.. someone who is respected and knows the system that has worked for a long time.

So I've still got my suspicions that Gundogan will be Pep's replacement when he's ready. Fernanindho, Rodri and Vinny are the other 3 I think could be in the conversation.
Not a clue who it will be or when it will be, but would put money on it being none of the 4 you named.

You actually don't have to promote someone within.
