There's a serious point here. Pep has been given assurances about our innocence of the PL charges. I was told that he would be very angry, and walk away, if he felt he'd been lied to. I

dont want to add 2 and 2 and get 5 but I wonder if there's a connection between the outcome of the PL '115' case and this news.

He did say that but he also once said he’d manage us in League 2 if it came to that ;)

Like you though, I’m hopeful that this is a good sign that the case has gone our way

Ultimately I just think Pep is very happy at City, the owners love him, the board love him, the fans love him. Manchester for all it's faults has a lot going on. We're competing for everything every single year. He's got plenty of time to go and play golf still.
