Dunno mate, I tend to notice it more when we get beaten, but it almost seems like a stick to beat us with, to accentuate the impact of us being beaten.
It’s also used to marginalise and downplay our wins, a kind of ‘oh, well that’s no shock, they have the best squad anyway, what do you expect, let’s move on’ type narrative.
Is that what you were getting at with your question, or were you saying you also don’t think the squad is good enough, and suggesting blame re our recruitment?
