If we sign pogba, gundogan , kroos, Laporte, ox chamberlain and a world class left back then wow! Add to denayer returning, de Bruyne, Nasri being fit and the genius of pep European football better watch out!

Why not just get a decent RB and leave Clichy on the left where he is infinitely better than on the right? Besides, there is Denayer who will be a very good RB or Fabihno at Monaco. There are more good RBs than leftbacks, so it's better to strengthen both sides, with 1 each. I believe.

Defensive aspect of the side still a concern, if they can get the ball of us...

Clichy at right back. Its a no for me. Not good enough in that position, left back fine but not right back.
