Anyone had one? Reccommend one?

Trying to sort this out but I've been in a gym, literally, 3 times. I would have no idea how to go about doing the right things, lifting in the right way etc. It might sound ridiculously sad, but it's something I'm really trying to sort out, but have no idea what I'd be doing. Sure I could jump on a treadmill, bike or a rower, but I'd have no idea what to be doing, what to eat, when to eat it etc etc.

Cheers blues.

Do you have a smartphone? if you're on android or iphone get an app called jef it, basically a personal trainer in an app

Do you want a female or male PT? I know both. Mate Eammon is brilliant & a big City fan too.
He's in the Stockport area if that is convenient. Contact him on <a class="postlink" href="http://www.fitnessinstockport.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">www.fitnessinstockport.co.uk</a>
If you need a female instuctor PM me.

It's not your standard gym.

I know a few if you are in the Tameside area. They'll make you work yer arse off.

Alternatively - do classes - Spin, Circuits, Met Fit, Body Pump, Body Attack, Boot Camp

They are in a group but also very intense

My mates company, quite high end but the results are amazing!!!

I've always assumed these personal trainer types are a bit like masseurs / escorts and do "extras". I know I'd want at least sucked off if I'd just paid someone £40 to make me run around and do press-ups.

I don't know how flush you are Tiny but personal trainers can end up being expensive, have you thought about gym classes? They are very popular in my gym (DW,currently £25pm). There's all sorts available ie. Zumba,Pump,Combat,Boxercise,Spinning, Circuits, Yoga ect. and most of these should be covered in your monthly subscription. Just a case of jumping in and following everyone else.
