Very true, I just wish he would stop being such a prick when he does score, all that will do is make him reach the exit door quicker, he is no longer the big fish in a small pond and has to get on with playing for the shirt, he is the main sulker in training and the Ireland piece about there being no room for that in this squad was probably aimed at him.

Anyway, batton down the hatches because the "A" team will be on very soon, should be a good workout for the defence!

If this thread is about Petrov, and not some new East European were after Pertrov ;)

Ive said it before and Ill say it again- we are by FAR a more threating attacking team with Martin Petrov on the pitch. For me our left wing belongs to him(arrogance or not) he runs at defenders- at pace, delivers the best ball of ANY of our squad and knows where the net is.If Robbie wants to play in this (his favoured position) he should earn the right over Petrov by his performances and not merley his name. I defy anyone to tell me that Robbie out and out desrves the position judging by some of his performances the last year.

I realise this opinion ruffles the feathers of most Blues, but it fucks me right off to hear some of the opinions of Petrov on here. Get behind the man, especially when he consistently keep delivering for us!!

Prov every time over Robinho. I cant understand City fans wanting rid. I would sell Robinho and try and find a young up and coming left winger to learn off Petrov. I honestly dont think Robbie is capable of putting a full shift in in the Prem. I know he has the odd moment of magic but Petrov is consistent if the ball is played to him.

We should be grateful we have players like Robinho at City, he is our best player as he offers so much flare. Petrov is a great player but should be grateful for the game time he gets, I hope and believe that will be a lot.
