Really adds to it and nothing about fees or how the goal could easily have been prevented or city got lucky in the build up as others have said.By far the best commentator out there.
Read/watched something from him a while back talking about how he puts so much energy into all his commentary because he knows how important it is to the viewer. They have a passion - so he tries to match it, regardless of who the team is.
Think he just gets it and it makes nearly everything he commentates on sound special.

Bill Leslie does too.Drury was a boring fucker when he was on 5Live. Being a TV commentator has turned him into a bearable version of Jonathan Pearce.
He's probably the only commentator which gives us praise when it's due. Which is why he does international coverage for the PL over Sky/BT.

This was nice to watch. Besides Drury commentary seeing those last three games at once shows how much our team are mentally strong.
