let's make them discuss "arctic monkeys", "mary queen of shops" and "chicken or the egg" (all no doubt wonderful topics) in the off topic section. Anyone who reaches 50 posts there can WUM to their hearts content ;)

I therefore suggest that consideration be given to not allowing newbie posters the ability to start threads in any section of Bluemoon until they have posted at least 50 posts

This, however, does sound like a much better idea!
