anyone know if the award takes into account europian games as well?? as these stats are only for the prem....

overall Ireland is:

IRELAND = 39 games, 12 goals, 10 assists

looks like its between him and villas players

Evans and Da Silva. What a fucking joke. How can you be considered with 9 and 11 games played? Ireland should be in both, young and best player awards.

Agreed. Fuckin typical FA...like 5 out of 6 isnt enough in the Player fo the year awards, they rig the nominations in the young player of the year to include two players who between them have played half the number of games ireland has! Superman has gota get it!

Ireland may well win this one you know!

It would be a remarkable achievment after the troubles he's had.

If Ashley Young wins it, I wouldnt argue.

its annoying on the sky sports website they have said young is the clear favourate....
