I hope he gets his chance. It would be great. Any road, Pep obviously rates him, and that in itself is a massive boost for the lad.
It's important that we don't get ahead of ourselves here, all I'm saying is that he's at least as good as Messi.
Love this from Foden. The fact it's against Herrera, the biggest shithouse in the United squad, makes it all the sweeter.
Elbows for me. I fucking detest the lanky coward and would love the opportunity to knock seven shades of shit out of himJust how can you differentiate between Rags, Herrera or Roja or the spitting elbow, so the biggest shithouse competition in that squad is of the highest calibre and really to hard to choose, I vote we just give to them all, the dirty rag scummers.
Anyone else get the feeling that the fact that that display came against the rags has done the lad a favour? Against anyone else there is no way the BBC (say) would have been all over his display in the same way - probably wouldn't even have seen it...
Two areas where Messi falls short. How is he on high crosses?I would say he's like Messi but with better close control and a better left foot.
I hope he starts vs Madrid. He can become a world class number 10. Decision making is what separates good players from GOATs.
