This thread has almost fizzled out but it does say 'Foden' on the tin and so l will repeat my contention that Phil has nothing to worry to worry about in terms of paying maintenance to his girlfriend in her own right should the events in Iceland cause them to separate.

I think if you were right you would have quoted chapter and verse to back up your claim and to warn the unwary and uninfomed amongst us of a great problem that might catch us out. Or indeed in these days of equality we might be owed money by someone we might have known or even had an affair with a married woman.
