I do think Phil is a genuine prospect but he is still very young so I would not be pushing him too far too soon. If any of the young stars gets the nod I would go for Diaz or Sancho.

I must admit I am quite excited to see how this years England u17's get on in the Euro's in a month or so.

Normally its Foden, Sancho, Latibeaudiere ( injured during elite round ), Anderson and Poveda even though he hasn't been in the last couple of squads and not sure about Anderson but he was the number 1 last season so guess he's injured too. However during Elite round only Sancho & Foden were in the squad but come the finals hopefully all five will be in.
