I think he'd do brilliantly there, he's got all the atributes; speed, crossing, shooting, plus he could help out in defence...Also, Mancini likes wingers that cut in...
Worth a try if we get him and Luiz? If it doesn't work with him on the wing we could drop him back to left back and put luiz in the middle with kompany...

Bayern might have won the bundesliga but i would rate it the same as a lower half premiership, Lahm knows he is first choice on the team sheet its whether or not he wants to better himself and if mancini feels bridge and garrido are good enough. The fact he is actually a wingback and can play just as well on the right puts him in a different class to ashley cole, patrice evra, et al thank andy gray and co wank over week after week. He cuts in like Zabaleta except zabby isn`t very good at it as his crossing is wank and loses concentration. Bayern have another player there, Van Buyten, hes the best ive seen play at eastlands in a city shirt in defence. It seems City want too many attackers and as Capello once said "you build a house from the ground, not the roof".

I think people are seriously underrating the Bundesliga and overrating the Premier League... Bayern also made it to the Champions League final by the way.
IMHO they would easily finish in the top 4 in the Premier League, no doubt about that. Lahm is one of the best Fullbacks in the world.
