Wonderful character actor. Always found him better in his smaller roles like in The Big Lebowski and Almost Famous.

That would be "Doubt" (2008).
Just totted up - I've seen 20 of his films, and that's partly because if I had to choose a film to watch, his name on the cast list would be a major plus. Very sad news.
